Vicki Rotker, M.S. Ed.

Educational Therapist/Executive Function Coach

Vicki is the creator and instructor of the acclaimed Study Strategies Course and Curriculum for Montgomery County (Maryland) Public Schools. Over her 20-year career, she has guided hundreds of students by teaching them effective time management skills, organization skills, and personalized learning strategies, while also providing essential executive functioning support. 


Vicki currently collaborates with students from grade 3 through college, helping them identify their best strategies for academic success. A recently retired public school teacher, she draws on her extensive experience and pedagogical knowledge, as well as her understanding of the cultural and social challenges students face today, to guide them in designing their own paths to achievement. In addition, she takes a holistic approach working jointly with parents, educators, counselors, therapists, diagnosticians and others to create the best plan for success for each student.


Vicki earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Middle School Math, from University of Delaware, and her Master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University, focusing in Technology for Educators.
